I am college student and in the process of petitioning for my mom's immigration to USA.

I have some questions about filling out I-864 form.

First,

In its part 6--income and employment, which option should I choose, a or d? a. Employed as__a student__, #1 employer is_school name_ ; d. unemployed since__the year I enrolled in school__.

Because I have W2 income every year, which is a small amount, is ok for me to claim as an unemployed, because of being a full-time student?

Second,

I have a Church brother to be my join-petitioner. He filled 3-year tax return with his wife. In most year, his W2 income far enough matches 125% requirement by AOS, and his wife has unemployed since the beginning of this year. Do I still need his wife to fill out I864A form?

Last,

Do I need my church brother's employer letter or his payroll record is ok?

Since his W2 income meets AOS requirement, do I still need his bank statement?

What kind of document I need to support my claim as a full-time student?

Please help me figure them out.

Thank you very much.
