I filed Petetion I-360 For Battered Spouse, it was approved and I now have a Pending I-485-Adjustement of status. I read that if you have a approved i-360 as a battered Spouse I am a Qualified Alien. I am trying to buy a Home in Nevada Using USDA Rural Development, however I am runing in to problems because when the Usda Agent check my Status on SAVE, it came up as PEN. So I gave the agent Copies of my approved I-360 and Prima Faci & Deffered Status Documents.

So my Questions

1.)Am I still considered a Qualified Alien if I have a pending 1-485 and an Approved 1-360 petition?

2.)If the USDA Agent submit my Approved I-360 Docs as Evidence Will SAVE Show me as a Qualified Alien Status?
