Hi everybody,

I am first time writing in this forum. I am US citizen and i want to do file for my parents. they are in USA and on tourist visa now i don't want them to go back so

1. What forms i can file for them?

2. also for my mom in some documents her name is LINABEN and in some it is LINABAHEN. so what can i do for that?

3. they have only 6 months stay in USA so they have to go back to INDIA in october so how can i do that so they don't need to go back?

sorry for somany questions. anybody have this experience please help me.

I think you need to file I-130, but I'm not sure if your parents can stay. Go to Bringing Family Members of US citizen to US in the main forums page here, you'll find a lot of information.
