what kind of documents we need to provide as Proof of ongoing relationship?

is that necessary?

isn't the letter of intent to marry is the Proof of ongoing relationship?

please advise.

Thank you.

I would just include the pictures of you and your fiance. Some people send emails and chat logs. But, that is usually required during the interview stage. You have to still include the letters of intent from both of you.

The most important evidence to include for the I-129F petition is the evidence of having met in the last two years. You don't necessarily need to include a supplementary sheet for the explanation, though many do. Photos are helpful as secondary evidence, but they are no substitute for primary evidence: documents that show that you were in the same place at the same time. Examples of this type of evidence include, but are not limited to, hotel receipts, boarding passes, passport stamps, etc. See the K-1 guides for more information.

Evidence of an ongoing relationship is not required at the I-129F (USCIS) stage, but many people choose to include some of this in the initial submission. It helps to establish the bona fides of the relationship, and it will be seen at the consulate stage along with everything else in the I-129F package. As other posters can attest, it never hurts to front-load the petition—especially when you're going to be dealing with a difficult consulate, as Ghangzhou (sp?) is reputed to be.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
