i have a similar experience, i filed in late September in VSC, file transfered to CSC. I got a letter last month stating that i would be receving an interview at local USCIS office, waiting for that now. YOu need to call your senator to see if that moves the process or gets you a response.

Mike:

Contact your local senator and make an inquiry.

Contact the USCIS ombudsman and make an inquiry.

Go to your local office for Infopass every month and inquiry about your case.

Get the toll free number and put in a service request.

Enroll in E case status online, see if there are activities on your file. Touches means they are working on your file.
