Hi all,

We are scheduled for our AOS interview soon. One of the requirements listed on our invitation letter is that I provide a "letter from each current employer, verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours." Do I need to get a whole new letter, or can I just provide the same letter I sent with the K1 packet? I wanted to get a new letter just to be safe, but the only person who will sign such a letter won't be available until after our interview. Will this be a problem?

We took the same employee letter that i sent with my AOS forms.. The interviewer didn't even ask for it. He had everything in my file that I sent. I don't think it will be a problem.. They want to see the proofs of bonafide marriage.. Such as lease, health insurance, joint account, utility bills on both name, pictures (i also took our vedding invitation) he made the copy of everything that i handed him and put them in my aos file.. We got approved without any problem.. Good luck on your interview!
