:blush: okay, I am very new to Visa Journey so I hope that I am able to post properly. I am currently awaiting the approval of my husbands I-601 Waiver through Vermont. June was 6 months since they had recieved our application and we contacted our Congress office which in turn said we should hear something within 30-60 days. So when we followed up in July, we were told we would hear something within 60 days. When I log into the case status online, it has read error Since December 08. It now reads pendning. Anyone have an idea as to where we may be in the process? We have been apart for over two years

You can only pray and wait because they (USCIS) are in no hurry to work on your case. They are not interested in your welfare. My 601 was submitted at the Dallas office in 2005 and even after contacting a congressman, the OMBUDSMAN, I keep receiving promises from USCIS that we are considering your case and inform you of our decisions within 60days. You can do the maths and find out how many 60days have passed since August 2005. I guess patience is virtue. God Bless
