Hi,

I'm a little bit confused on what to send for my Adjustment of Status. For the other requirements, i know that some of it must send original and photocopies but what about the b. certificate, marriage certificate, documents like joint lease/ownership, joint bank account and etc? Should i send original copies or photocopies are acceptable?

Just want to make sure.

I do appreciate your inputs.

Thanks... :)

Do not send any original documents, send only photocopies. You take the original documents to the interview. If you do send originals you will not get them back.

The instructions clearly state:

"Copies - Unless Specifically required that an original document be filed with an application or petition an ordinary legible photocopy may be submitted..."

Yes DO NOT send any originals..You'll take them with you when you go to interview.. Good luck!
