Im confessed again. I filled out the I 134 and sent it over to my husband. So when do I need to fill out the I-864 and when and where do I send that in?

From my understanding coming on a K3 is conditional green card because it's non-immigrant so you have to fill out the I-134. When he is stateside and you apply for his AOS you would fill out the I-864.
