Can anyone tell me on the NOA 2 for a K3 there is a valid date, I know what this date means, but I was approved 08/06/2009 and the date is 08/10/209 to 12/09/2009 here is the stuipd questions, does that 08/10/2009 mean that is the date USCIS will send it to the NVC???, since this K3 has a short shelf life??

Don't worry about the shelf life. If it expires before you get an interview they will automatically extend it. However, if you do not respond to packet 3 from the embassy by the expiration date, my assumption is it will expire.

AOS interview: 2010-02-05 (medical exam missing from documents)

Recieved RFE for missing medical exam that they lost. Submitted new exam March 10, 2010.

Notified that he is in background checks after submitting three service requests: July, 2010
