No replies from US embassy Panama

I have sent several emails to various email addresses on the US Embassy in Panama's website...not a single reply. Anybody else have difficulty getting info from this Embassy?

I am in the same situation! I have sent several e-mails and not 1 reply. If you call them, they hang up on you.

I have 2 kids on IR2 visas. All the work was done in the NVC here in the US. Cases were sent to Panama. On the email I received it said to go to the Panama preparation for interview. I found the medical sheet they need BUT it says it needs to be signed by the consulate before the medical can be taken. I am trying to figure out how to get them signed. Do you have any ideas????
