Does anyone know a fix for the form not having enough room to fit the correct date of birth format on the line that asks about parent information and date of marriage and a couple of other places? I can't fit the correct mm/dd/yyyy in those lines. It shows a plus symbol indicating that there is more information there and that is how it prints as well. Thanks.

Dates normally fit on the form. It could be printer related. I wonder if a different kind of printer would have a slightly smaller font. I used to work at a place where if I printed a document on the printer at my desk, I could get more lines on a page than if I printed on the network printer down the hall. Same document, same Microsoft font, but they printed differently.

I guess you checked to make sure you didn't leave any extra spaces before or after?

Yes I've doublechecked spacing issues. Not sure what my problem is. It shows up like that on my computer screen and my first thought was that it would print correctly but just show it wrong on my screen but that wasn't the case. I'm using the latest version of Adobe too. I'm surprised no one else has had this issue honestly.

I wonder if new Adobe is the problem? Try the form on somebody else's computer and see what happens.

just print it without the dates and do it by hand or use form G-325 with the expiration date of 05/31/09, and don't worry the exp date does not mean u r not allow to use this form after june 09, the exp date is for USCIS internal Rev.

Another solution is to leave the forward slashes out (08132008). You can draw them in later with a pen if you want.

by the way,I downloaded the form from USCIS site and it's only 1 page,it's the revised form. Exactly how many copies should be passed?

Use the typewriter from Adobe Reader.

Open your g-325a.pdf file

click on Tools

drag the mouse to Typewriter

click on Show Typewriter Toolbar

that tool allows you to write over any part of the form

and you can change the size of the text , spaces and font.

Good luck!
