Yes I am losing hope to our K1 journey, because by this November our K1 will expire. I had interview last Nov, 20008 and our co-sponsor did not accept the consul, We given a one year to provide the documents, but because of some bad circumstances until now we still didn't have it, first incident after my Interview my fiance need to undergo a Major operation to his intestine and bed rest for like 4 months, after a week of being OK, He slipped on the Ice and broke his shoulder and need a therapy for 2 months, after that when he is OK again, he got a job, but he got another accident, but he is OK now and start looking for job again and now we only have like 2 months and half, but I feel like, He will not make it, especially with the economy now, I know his trying all his best to look for work everyday, People around me said that maybe were not destined to be, because of the bad luck, I don't wanna believe this but any of your guy's believe in a Bad luck.

I had one filipina friend She married to USC but filled a K1 visa but she got Approved, I cant believe that. I though she will get a problem and need to refile a K3 but I was shocked, She's approved and waiting her visa now. Life is so unfair sometimes,

I feel so depressed now, And I feel like I need to burst out this. any advice will be very much appreaciate. Thank you and God Bless to everyone

You have limited options without enough income. You either need enough assets to make up the difference or a co-sponsor.

Did the consulate officer tell you whether or not you could use another co-sponsor?

We hope the best for you.

Don't listen to the ####### people around you are saying about maybe you're not destined to be together because of some bad luck. That's ridiculous. You and your fiance are the only two that know whether you are meant to be together and if you both feel the same way that's what truly matters. Don't give up now. You've come too far.

IT'S NOT THE DESTINATION ITS THE JOURNEY...AND WHAT A JOURNEY IT HAS BEEN

Probably because She provided a COMPLETE requirements.

If her fiance can't provide enough income where are they going to get money for MORE expenses when She get here? edit: utang?:help:

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi Mypapabear. I feel sad about your situation but be of good cheer. In God's time, He will grant your heart's desires... Continue to be patient... love can move a mountain... I know that you and your husband/fiance will soon be together. I pray that God will keep him safe from any accidents and that he will have a good paying job so that you can continue with the process...also ask your husband/fiance to call US embassy if what are the other options for your case... Keep the faith and keep believing... Do not lose hope... soon you will be with your love of your life...ok, smile na sis :) God bless you always...
