March 25 2000? Did you mean 2009? NVC forwards the case right away. Less than a week. Your SO will get the packet 3 pretty quick. Make sure she is prepared.

You can phone the NVC and they will tell you if they have received your stuff from the USCIS and whether they have forwarded it to the consulate.

You should fill in your profile. She will more than likely get an October interview date at this point.

She has the items on the checklist ready? Your 134? Police report?

She isnt going to interview at the Thai embassy. It will be at the American embassy in BKK.

You can check on the American embassy web site to see the current interview schedual. The most recent cases were schedualed about 60 days after she sends in the checklist & initial forms.

Be aware that the time it takes for NVC to receive your case and show it in their system varies tremendously. The VJ historical data charts show about a 10 day NVC receive time, but some people have theirs received within 2-3 days of the NOA2 date, and others (like me) are waiting weeks. My NOA2 date is July 24th...as of yesterday (Aug 11th)still not in their system. Seems it CAN take 2-4 weeks. Then you have to pray your case doesn't go into AP (additional processing) which can add weeks to a couple of months before it leaves NVC. Hope your case speeds right through! Mav
