NVC MISSING DOCUMENTS

I dont know how they missed it but we are told by lawyer wait untill they speaks with NVC . Im praying that all will be fine

I found out what was missing, NVC said it was my Original Marriage Certificate I send my original marriage certificate my husband and I are both Christian and we were married in a church and we have a certified marriage cert but I guess the NVC need local registered marriage cert. I have to call my hubsband tonight to see if he can get that or will he will have to get a letter stating that my marriage cert from our church is valid for our marriage. I hope they will reconise our wedding since we are Christian and Pakistan is a Muslim country.....

It may need to be the civil certificate not church certificate B/C church marriges are not certified by the nvc it has to be the Civil certificate " I hope u did get married by both !"

I was married in a church, and my marriage was registered by the pastor who performed the ceremony. The original marriage cert was attested by the high court in pakistan I don't what else they need???

They did the same to me.

Finally, after 4 weeks, I got a notice via e-mail that they found them...After I already spent the money and requested more. How nice.

I asked that they look again for them and when I told them this I followed up with an e-mail that showed a scan of the documents that were sent to them

Hopefully they will find them.

Im keep praying all will be fine and they will not take long time bcz we are stuck in nvc over 2 months now .
