Hi all,

Just a quick question concerning the G-325a... On the USCIS website it says that we need to sign and date "all 4 pages" but when we go to print the form there is only 1 page and a page explaining how to fill it out? anyone else notice this? or is it that we need to print it out 4 times and sign and date them? thanks again as always, you guys are great!

There's a bunch of other posts regarding this. Try giving the site a search. I think what people are doing is printing our 4 copies just to be safe. Better to have too much paper work than too little.

Guys, if you are in the U.S. you can get most of these forms in groups of five from the USCIS website. Theres a link there that says "forms by mail". The G-325'a come as a set of four pages with carbon paper between each sheet. Also you can be assured they are the right forms since they come straight from USCIS. There is no charge for any of these forms.

One would hope that the forms available for download from the USCIS website would be the right forms, as they too come straight from USCIS.

It would be interesting to see whether the G-325A now being sent by mail is the 6/2009 revision; and if so, how many pages it has.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

The old form did that - the new one does not. Its not clear if 4 copies are still needed.

hi, i have the same question bout the G325A.

yes, when I downloaded and fill it out online, only one copy will appear. and it says 06/12/09 revision. does it mean I have to print it four times? USCIS site does not say how many copies to produce. Exactly how many copies are to be sent to USCIS?

please enlighten me with this. your replies are appreciated.

Thanks and God bless.

Just when you get everything figured out, the government comes along and messes everything up again. They have a new form G-325a but not new instructions and I understand there are some glitches with the fields on the online version. Why would anything need to actually work? It is the government and they have no competition, it is not exactly like you can go to FedEx visa service to get a visa.

All the VJ research so far indicates the new form is one page only and the USCIS has been dragged, kicking and screaming, into the 1980's and has finally abandoned carbonless forms, no doubt to prevent global climate change or promote the new GM, Government Motors. Another of Obama's changes and probably the only one whcih will affect visa applicants.

I recently did an AOS for one of our sons and made four copies which he signed, just in case the people at USCIS have not been told of the change yet. They can recycle three of the pages if they want.

Soon we will have them running our health care. Wooooo Hooooo!
