Last update to CSC Processing Times?

The last update to the CSC processing times was June 20th! I realize that they dont' update it every day, or even every week for the that matter, but does anyone know when the will actually update it? It would seem easy to program that they have so many cases, along with processing times, they (the government I know I know) should be able to keep this up to date, Good Lord at least once a week. Anyone know?

I've seen it vary from one to three weeks.

I have a feeling they're not updating it because they are jumping around from date to date, depending on when they receive the RFE's. They probably don't want to update it and then have tons of emails/phone calls saying they've passed earlier dates.
