UKs not the far off so I am not surprised to see the whaaat haaa comments from Six. That's why his countrymen are migrating to AUS in droves. I guess those rejected head to Jersey and claim they are unique. Makes them feel better about it.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

In other news, 9/10 bears agree that rabbit fur makes the best butt wipes.

Maybe you can answer the questions I posted. Your song and dance way of getting around them has become the norm.

I should have known better than to post in a thread you created.

PS I would like to see you prove my 85% guess wrong.

I am quite intruigued as to how you come up with these statistics. Is there some sort of method to it, or do you simply pull it out of your bum?

Probably for the forth post now, I already stated the 85% was a guess.

I am still waiting on a answer from those questions I posted.

Since I'm not, ironically, going to get any logical response, I have posted something on your level:

You freely admit that you just make up statistics to prove a point and expect people to take you seriously..... priceless.

Well you cannot exactly quantify stupidity. The difference between my post to Bill Maher's statement is that I guessed a figure.

It's not as if I stated this figure is fact, I said it was a guess.

The difference is that his was an op-ed piece, and was stated as such when he made them on HIS show. You on the other hand try to pass off made up factoids and present them as fact. You have as much credibility as someone wearing clownshoes driving a Yugo.

What I'm wondering is Why 85%? Why not 99, 48, 63?

How does someone "prove" intelligence anyway?

I mean you can conduct surveys to tell if people possess certain knowledge and opinions, but even those that Maher mentioned (whether they're accurate is another matter) its a mighty jump to go from x% believe in Santa Claus, and xxx% are stupid.

But intelligence? Presumably the US government should include a mandatory IQ test in the census, so that they can update the CIA world factbook.

Where not going to agree as we cannot even see eye to eye on what guess means.

You guys shouldn't have any issue answering those handful of question I posted and then we could possibly compare the answer to that of other civilized nations.

No, I think we're crystal clear on what guessing is. Facts and research are also very clear concepts. Why bother answering questions that you posit that are dependant on some fictional data that you've concocted? It's all nonsense really.

I posted a handful of question with regards to analyzing a country. That is, along the same line of thought to what Maher was talking about. I don't believe he nor I was referring to the biological IQ of the country.

Actually your attitude is why America is where it is. The questions are not nonsense. In comparison, countries like Australia ad Canada are not doing well by sheer luck. Anyway, the commies for christ ####### is usually a barometer of someone's own intelligence. Nuff said really. Only fools need to operate in packs.
