yeah they never do, except if u get a po box at their UPS stores only.. I think..

If I am total failsauce and they never did, let me at least cry first, okay?

Only USPS have access to true P.O. Boxes..

naah, it's more cuz PO boxes are part of the USPS, and the USPS is part of the govt, and u can't mess with govt sh!t..

Sometimes if your lucky you can get UPS to deliver the package to the adress of the post office and they will but it in your box.

Actually it could be as simple as (am sure there are several official reasons) they (UPS,FedEx,DHL etc) don't have keys to P.O. boxes - am sure it goes deeper than that though..
