Of course I can't find it now, but I'd read a totally different list about month ago... I wish I could find it to post for you but there were some that didn't apply to me because either I was too old or too young...

anyone know?

Do we have to be up to date with ALL of these?

For the medical you need:

-tetanus

-diphtheria

-pertussis

-MMR

-Varicella or verbal declaration of chicken pox

(and perhaps Gardasil if you are within that age range)

I wrote the toronto office asking if I needed the blood titres test or if written proof was enough and this is the reply I got:

" You DO NOT require Hep B. Written confirmation of all vaccine dates is acceptable OR the anti body blood titres.

You must provide dates of at least 3 TDP in your life with one of them within the past 10 years

Dates of 2 MMR in your life. "

Yah, that's what I thought...

I had a blood titer test done as I have no record of my childhood vaccinations. So, I only have the present MMR and TDP boosters that I just took. I have no other records so I guess my next question is, is my vaccination record with this on it okay or do I have to bring in the results of the anitbody titer test?

Alot of the shots in the younger age group are newer ones, thus not age appropriate.

Just worry about the ones in the age group. Make sure you have your Td (or Tdp) booster. The only difference between the two is the fact that pertussis (aka whooping cough) is in it. I almost forgot about it.

by the way, both zooster and HPV were removed from the requirements as of the 14th of this month.
