I am new to this site (and forum). Apologies in advance if I may question does not appear to be well-researched through other similar threads here.

I will receive RFE on I-130 & I-485 (see the timeline below).

My questons are - What could the RFE be about after more than 5 weeks have gone by after the case was transferred to CSC? Only possibility is that I sent Consulate provided Birth Certificates for me and my mother. These were written by the consulate based on passports? I did not send any non-availability (consultate does not think it necessary) and affidavits from relatives.

Can anyone advise / share experiences?

06/03/09 - Receipt Date (RD)

06/08/09 - Notice Date (ND)

06/24/09 - Case transferred to CSC

06/30/09 - Biometrics completed

07/27/07 - AP received

08/08/09 - RFE (I-130,I-485) mailed by USCIS
