I am trying to put togehter evidence of our marriage!! So far i have enclosed the following...............

1) A tenency agreement from our Landlord with both our names on it

2) A Bank statement showing it is a joint account

3) A Credit card statement with both our names on it

4) I have pictures from the Wedding day and Honeymoon which i will enclose

Do you think this will be enough? Does anyone have any other suggestions of items i could enclose??

07/14/06 AOS APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!! All in less than 3 months (that's unbeleivable)

4/26/08 Check cashed

4/28/08 NOA received

5/16/08 Attended Biometrics

9/12/08 Green Card arrived in mail :-)

You should be fine with that, but I think that more is better aproach applies to this. Our interview is on Wednesday and we are bringing the following:

-USCIS documents

- Request for interview

- Biometrics appointment letter

- NOAs (I-485, I-765, I-130, I-131)

- AP documents

- EAD cards (2 one from AOS, and one from OPT from F1)

- I-94

- F1 visas, and I-20s

- Personal documentation

- Birth certificate – Alex

- Birth certificate – Emily (USC)

- Passport Alex

- Passport Emily

- Marriage Certificate

- Forms

- New Affidavit of Support (I-864), with 3 most recent tax returns (2003,2004,2005), W2s for 2003,2004 and 2005, a letter from the employer and 5 most recent paystubs.

- Copy of I-693 with vaccination supplement (original submitted in a sealed envelope)

- Copies of all forms and documentation already submitted (I-485, I -130, I-765, I-131)

- Life together (Official)

- Joint account bank statements (2 most recent)

- Joint credit card statements (4 most recent)

- Car insurance showing both of our names

- Electrical bill showing both of our names (4 most recent)

- DirecTV (now this is somewhat tricky, I have tried to get both of our names on it, but people at DirecTV are idiots, and kept switching between our names, so I have 3 bills with Emily’s name on it, and 3 with my name)

- Alex’s credit card showing the same address (3 most recent)

- Emily’s credit card showing the same address (3 most recent)

- Alex’s cell phone bill showing the same address (2 most recent)

- Emily’s cell phone bill showing the same address (3 most recent)

- Joint vacations showing plane and hotel reservations

-Life together (unofficial)

- Letters and cards exchanged between us in the past 2 years (about 30 of them)

- Printouts of some e-mails exchanged between us (probably about 30 pages as well)

- Cell phone bills (pre marriage) showing that we constantly talked to each other (about 6)

- Photos, all together about 40 or so.

February 18, 2006 - NOA for I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765

March 16, 2006 - Biometrics for I-765, I-485

March 20, 2006 - I-485 touched

March 27, 2006 - RFE sent out

March 31, 2006 - USCIS received the RFE

April 19, 2006 - AP approved

April 24, 2006 - AP received in the mail

April 22, 2006 - EAD touched

April 24, 2006 - EAD approved

April 29, 2006 - EAD received in the mail

May 15, 2006 - Interview letter received

July 12, 2006 - Interview

July 12, 2006 - APPROVED!!!!

August 14, 2006 - Welcome to the US letter and I-130 approval received in the mail

August 15, 2006 - Permanent Resident Card received in the mail
