Ah, so it is GC fraud after all? I was convinced the OP was the beneficiary too. Oh well...

Brought to the light of ####### you would think if it was for GC she would be banging away no??

 I was thinking more in the lines of, now she's here, the hard work is over so she's re assessing the situation, working out how little she needs to do in order to maintain the marriage until such time...

What we need to know now is, is it merely in the bedroom that she's falling down on her duties, or all the other woman's work chores as well?

Refusing to use the spellchick!

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

This is a tough situation. What does she say about this problem? Anything at all? Is she very young? Maybe frightened at her new environment, or just naive, unsure of herself.

Maybe she doesn't trust the birth control medication? If she can somehow give you a reason, then there something can be done about the problem. If the two of you are not discussing this elephant in your bedroom, then what DO you talk about together? It won't be resolved online unless the two of you are talking.

A reminder to everyone that this is a legitimate question and the OP is looking for advice. Please do not resort to personal insults or speculative insults about his relationship or his motivation.

I'm moving this thread to Your New Life in America forum as a place where the OP is more likely to gain useful advice without the inappropriate and sometimes hurtful off-topic comments.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Having no health insurance is not a good reason for her to see a good doctor, in my humble opinion. At most, it will cost $100. With so many generics on the market, a U.S.-approved birth control medication could cost no more than $4 per month (Wal-Mart's price for most generics). Once she gets her EAD and SSN, you can add her to your employer coverage.

I agree. However, I still wonder why on earth after 90 days here she does not have a SSN,... oh, never mind. I feel for her, really. Having a husband that logs on the internet to talk about her apparent sexual shortcomings must be pretty off-putting.

I am trying to understand your good job. My kids had insurance before they landed in JFK, with no SSN, just had to provide it once we recieved them which took less than 2 weeks. You need to have a serious talk, cause you say the pills, however it is the same pill she was taking before she got here. Maybe you need to look at what you are doing rather than what she is NOT doing.

IMHO

OT but it depends I have my kids on my insurance and my hubby has his own, cheaper to put just the kids to add my hubby is an addtional 500 per month. However there are individual plans that are not that expensive

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
