This story is from France. This is how the evil socialists ration healthcare. They purposely take their time getting you to the hospital in the hope you die before you get there.

An 18-year-old riding his motorcycle through a [housing] project tried to flee a document check by police, according to a police official.

The man, who worked as a pizza deliverer, lost control of the vehicle and hit a barrier, and died en route to the hospital.
