RFE K1 Vermont March filer

I just got an e-mail today that they're mailing me an RFE... I'm hugely disappointed, I really thought I put enough evidence into the packet. I had plane tickets, e-mail transcripts, several pictures of us

together in different parts of the world... what else could they want? this is killing me, it's gonna be delayed another month now

it may noy be evidence such as you are assuming.. it could be the lack of a document or as small as an empty space on a form or missing signature.. wait for the paper to see.. nothing you can do now other than look over your copy of the packet to see if you can figure out an issue.. cant fix anything unil the paper is in hand...

your RFE date on your timeline is not correct

You'll really have to wait for the actual RFE notice to know what specifically they are asking you for - could be evidence, could be something else.

Did the RFE state they needed proof of meeting? You say you are getting an RFE. For what? By the way, emails are NOT eivdence of meeting in person. Though it sounds like your other evidence is sufficient for that purpose. If there is confusion when the RFE arrives then ask us here. You cannot assume what the RFE is for. It could set you back more than a month, depending on what they ask for.

2/27/09 - send I129F

3/2/09 - NOA1

7/28/09 - NOA2

8/3/09 - NVC

8/11/09 I called NVC to inquire if packet was forwarded to MNL but they said call back in 2 weeks

Hi there! I am in the same situation, and it's certainly not what I wanted We received our RFE on 11th August and now I am WAITING again to find out what they want...hopefully it's something as simple as a signature or something like that...!!
