if where i can see it if not in this forum

sorry im not familiar on this site

If you're posting, it means you're viewing the thread correctly....not sure what your original question is though? Your relationship with the petitioner who filled out the I-129F ended...why do you care what happens to the petition?

Wow! It's the same post, just placed in another form - no need to worry.

I'd say let's get back to topic, but I have NO clue what you are asking.

I'd love to offer some advice to the OP, but I'm completely lost as to what the question is.

If your relationship has ended, then you won't want to be moving anywhere and you can just let the application die a death... unless of course, and I'm not casting judgment or saying this is the case here... you're only after a greencard and want to strike up another relationship and apply again (in which case you can quite rightly expect to have your Visa application inspected EXTREMELY closely and have to answer ALOT of questions at your interview - if it gets that far!)

The USCIS mailed that more evidence was required so they mailed that you the address of the petitioner. But then you ended you relationship with the petitioner, so they need to withdraw that. No need now to respond to the RFE.

Who's on first base? I'm more confused now that when it was initially posted...

I think it's a timing issue. By the time USCIS responded to their petition, the relationship has ended. She might have gotten their notification and wonder why it's still in the works. The petitioner should either withdraw that or just ignore it...it will be closed eventually due to lack of action.
