dear friends,hope u all r doing great,just wanted to share a k3 issue my close friend filed for k3 visa for his wife,she lives in morocco,at the time of the interview the officer asked her to provide all phone records,as a proof of communication..my friend has been useing calling card to call his wife since last 3 yrs..untill few months back he started calling from his cell,they r not issueing her a visa,they want her to get all her phone records from the day they got married..so all out there useing calling cards,start calling from yr landline or cell..damm these phone bils r killing me here..good luck..

We had a similar problem. When hubby went for his interview at the CO they gave him a RFE specifically requesting phone records. At the time I was using a cell company that did not generate itimized calling lists. Also I used calling cards. Anyway I was able to find a history from my home phone with the calling cards and I sent them those few that I had with an explanation of the calling card stuff. I also got notorized letters from family and friends who had spoken with him on the phone and or had witnessed me on the phone with him. This was all of course in edition to hundreds of pages of emails, chat, pictures, and video that he had initially given them.
