i am having difficulty undersanding the graphs generated by VJ. (i.e. filing to !-130 NOA2, etc.) Please help.

I should make them more clear :P. They are read as showing the current processing times for the service center over time. The present processing time is on the right side and as you move to the left it shows the processing times in the past.
