AR-11 change of address?

Hey guys,

I have a few questions about the Form AR-11 for my wife who is an AOS applicant. We are moving next week so I am looking at the forms we will have to send in. Where it says "I am in the U.S. as a:............"

what should we put. Is AOS applicant sufficient?

Also, near the bottom, it says "if not a permanent resident, my stay in the U.S. expires on:..............."

do you have any idea what to put in that blank? I was thinking "NA" but maybe there is a better response?

We put in other and then what type of visa it is...in our case it was a K-1 visa and for the 2nd question we just put n/a and k-1 visa
