Hi Dani10!!!

Your mom already has her green card?? If so, she can apply immediately; she doesn't have to wait till she gets a job.

By the way, your mom will also need to write down her SSN on form I-130 and send a photocopy of her green card among other documents.

Good luck!!!

How long before the mom can file petiton for the daughter? Does she need to wait months or years?

Once Mom has her Green card she can apply for her children, however the wait is around 5-6 years before approval as long as the child is still under 21.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
