Hi,

I am new here and I am getting ready to submit my I-130. If there are any suggestions that anyone has about the process please reply. I am curious how long it is taking on average to get the approval at this time? I am also interested in meeting people who are going and have gone through this process. Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from everyone. Have a great day!

This isn't a K-1 question but..

You would be much better off if you become as familiar with the process as possible before posting such an open-ended question. The best way to do this is to read the Guides (top of page) because they were created by people who have done the process. They are very specific with lots of details you're going to need to know. :thumbs:

Would you please provide more information? What are you trying to do? Bring a fiancee to the US? Bring a wife to the US? Bring a family member to the US? Keep a wife who is already in the US here? Keep a family member who is already in the US here? The I-130 has a lot of purposes, but a fiancee visa -K-1 visa - isn't one of them.
