Does previous non-immigrate visa effect on K1 application? My fiancee had 4 times B1/B2 visas, everytime she went in and out of the states by the book, for the last time she was switching her B1/B2 visa to working visa, at the end of the day, she didn't bother to wait for the working visa, she returned to China in Feb. She start working in this national company as Sales account manager in March.

Her working visa was denied in March after she went back China. Will this effect our k1 application? We have been together over 4 years, we met in New York and started our relationship while she's living and studying in Canada. While she was switching her visa, she was living with me. So we should fill in the address we lived on G-325A form??

Is that a problem?

It just seems everything about the visa is so complicated.

Please be advise, all the response are appreciate.

She should list all residences for the last five years on her G-325a. If she has had no immigration violations or overstays it will not affect anything
