Tax returns needed: Full returns or just cover/signature page

I remember when I did the other steps of the immigration/ Spousal Visa / Residency process, I didn't have to supply the entire copy of my tax returns as they just needed the signature page. At least, I believe that was the case. Is this still the case or do they need every page and every form for your tax returns? thanks.

They need either the tax transcripts or the full return. The easiest way is to use the tax transcripts - they are free from the IRS. Here is the link: http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=110571,00.html

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Feel this is IO dependent, my wife's wanted the whole ball of wax, complete returns with W-2's and 1099's attached. If you send anything less, well, that is like gambling. Three years of those if filing marriage, not sure about five years, will be dealing with that next year for our daughter.

Whole returns are not as valid as tax transcripts. No proof they were ever filed and can be faked easily.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
