scheduling medical exam with interview? (london embassy)

hello again,

we called the number that they give you to schedule medical exams for the london embassy part of the k1 deal. we asked the lady on the phone if there was any way to schedule the medical exam and embassy interview on back to back days so my fiance didn't have to fly to london from glasgow on seperate occasions. she said to call them back to schedule the medical exam once we know the interview date.

now my question is, is this possible? on the iv-15k form we need to send to the immigration unit in order to get the interview date, it asks for the medical exam date. i thought we could just write there that we will schedule the medical date once we know the interview date.

is this ok?

you can not schedule a medical till you have the interview date though...but just make sure and then write it in

Not true (Feb 2011).

For the London Embassy you can schedule the medical as soon as you have the LDN # and your police report (which the doctor's office ask to see).

Best not have the medical until London receives the package from the NVC, or they may not know what to do with the report when they get it.
