08-14-06: Mailed I-485 to Chicago

08-24-06: NOA for I-485

09-08-06: Biometrics Appointment

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Sept. 24, 2009 - Received E-mail approval notice for EAD and AP
October 2, 2009 - AP on hand
October 3, 2009 - EAD card on hand
November 12, 2009 - Interview Date / Approved
November 23, 2009 - Green Card Received

March 21, 2012 - Lifting Conditions

Here is a couple of things that can be done, because it's a matter of weeks now that your I-129F has been approved. It will be forwarded to the NVC automatically. Both parties will receive a letter stating the I-129F has been approved from the NVC, and the beneficiary in the Philippines can now, if not already, start gathering the CENOMAR and the Police Clearance. The Beneficiary will also have to have a Medical Exam prior to the Interview, and no appointment is necessary, first come first served, and be prepared for a 2-day ordeal. If you have not done so already, you will need to send the Beneficiary your I-134 with supporting documentation.

June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony
