Question on the I-485 and enclosed information do I use my wifes maiden name or married name since her visa and passport are with her maiden name and in Argentina they retain thier maiden names on thier passports.

07/2004 Met online

05/03/2005 Made the trek to Argentina and met in person for the first time and spent a month and fell in love with the most incredible person I have ever met.

07/01/2005 Sent I-129F

09/15/2005 Went back to Argentina for two weeks to meet the family was an amazing trip.

12/16/2005 Agus delivers the paper work to the embassy and gets the interview date set for January 13.

01/12/2006 I am going crazy with anticipation and worry.

01/13/2006 Visa approved

If your wife wants to use your last name then file everything in her married name.... there is a space on the forms for other names used.... put her maiden name in there....

What does it say on your certified marriage certificate? That is the document you use to legally change her name.
