This is what is called stockpiling. The sauce can be used in many dishes not just spaghetti! We wont be buying mayo for a year or more. Also we donate some of it also. Someone mentioned veggies hmm its in the fridge. This is just the stuff that she got with coupons.

I will say though that the spaghetti sauce is excellent as a base for a really jazed up sauce. Also, it is one of the greatest sources of lycopene that you can find.

lgg - I love cheez whiz - great on cheese steaks, pretzels, and hot dogs, too.

I like pasta too - but I don't eat it that much these days because it racks up the triglycerides. Had a reading earlier in the year and need to get those down.

But, the whole wheat pastas are excellent. You might want to give those a shot.

That's a great deal - can really save tons.

The trick (or one of the tricks) is to be able to plan ahead and store items you can't use all of now, but know you'll need and get them for a great bargain right now (such as the mayo, spaghetti sauce etc).

Slightly better - but not by all that much tho. Also has that gritty texture that's hard to get used to.

Wholemeal bread is healthier than white - but still has a lot of salt and will still have you farting like a champ.

Have you tried Quinoa? We discovered that at TJs a while back - its really good and you can do a heck of a lot with it.
