Ok Two more Questions.

For middle name My son has two middle names which wont fit in the space, what do i do?

For question d1

If doing other petitions name and relationship.

Is it the relationship to Me or to my husband the petitioner?

You can write the names in the box, you don't necessarily have to type it on the computer. Just make sure its legible.

I think for question d1 it would be the relationship to the petitioner. If someone could confirm this it would be much better, wouldn't want to give you false information.

Me or my husband the petitioner?

I'm pretty sure you would sign for him since you are the legal guardian.

09-19-2011 : Early walk-in Biometrics completed (Original date 10/03/2011)

02-07-2012 : Green Card Approved

02-11-2012 : Green Card Received

Citizenship

09-07-2012 : Mailed N-400 package

09-10-2012 : N-400 Package delivered

09-13-2012 : Check cashed, email and text received with case number

09-14-2012 : Biometrics letter mailed

09-15-2012 : NOA received dated 09-10

09-17-2012 : Biometrics letter received for 09-27

02-25-2013 : Interview Passed - Original interview was 01-07-2013 but was out of country so postponed

The guide doesn\'t mention anything about a G325a for anyone but spouses. Do you also file a G325a for children?

You are correct there in no Need for the G325 for children only spouses.

As the child is on their own petion , however there is no need for the G325.

Relationship is to the petioner for the child

Mom would sign but G325 not needed

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png

Sign it like you would a childs passport, sign it and state who you are on the side mother or father.

If he has two middel names put them both b/c my husband has two last names and i put them both on there.

12/28/2007-- Married in mexico

02/2/2009- Sent out I-130

02/06/2009-Noa1

04/27/2009-Noa2 Approved :)

05/02/2009-noa2 Hardcopy in the mail :)

05/18/09- Nvc case number and Ds-3032 also paid Aos bill

06/16/2009- paid IV bill

07/20/2009- sent out Aos ( yea I paid everything now im sending it. I was out of town with my hubby for 2months Thank God they let us pay online now only if we could send everything else online lol )

07/30/2009- Sent out DS-230

08/12/2009- Case Complete with NVC

09/01/2009- Visa interview has been scheduled for 10/05/2009. Letter by email.
