134 help!

I am the petitioner for my fiance, I just had some questions bout filling out the I134....im a grad student who earns NOTHING, but my mother will be the co-sponsor. She will fill out a 134.

Now as for me, How do i fill out the I134 form since im not employed? for #7 wher it asks bout annual income, which business im engaged in etc? I dont own any real estate... I do have a joint account with my fiance so i guess i would put that?

also, does "personal property" count as a vehicle?

Since you'll have to complete the I-134 regardless - you'll be entering a lot of zeros it sounds like and your 'profession' would be "Student." :thumbs:

(Don't worry about the personal property - just leave it blank unless you've got a vintage Ferrari you're willing to sell one day.)

and you have another vehicle (you need to show you own two, one for keepers, one for sale)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
