Hello, we're almost done! I just wanted to ask (hopefully) one last (set of) question(s).

For the G-325A, Biographic Information, my wife & I are both filling out information for employment in past 5 years and we needed more space. Thus, we each created an attachment with our names, SSN, DOB, and the rest of the employment for the past 5 years.

Since the G-325A has 4 copies, would 4 copies of those attachments be appropriate?

Thanks for the help.

7/11/2006 - Concurrently filed I-130/I-485/I-131 and mailed it off to the Lockbox in Chicago, IL

7/12/2006 - Received in Chicago, IL

7/17/2006 - Notice of Action for all 3.

7/24/2006 - E-filed I-765.

8/04/2006 - Biometrics appointment for I-485.

8/21/2006 - Biometrics appointment for I-765.

11/??/2006 - Interview

03/??/2007 - Wife received permanent resident card

I think 4 copies (1 attached to each form) would be appropriate. The forms all go to different entities, so I think they would want the attachment with each one. Good luck

Who is "we"?!!! Only the immigrant must fill out the G-325A for AOS. Unlike filing the I-129F, the US Citizen does NOT have to fill out a G-325A for AOS.

Don't do more than you have to! ;)

Edited to add:

The information on the G-325A should be very identical to the one submitted with the I-129F, except the Maiden name, address, A#, SSN, Husban, Date & place of marriage.

All the work information should be the same.

Sorry without writing any extra info. :P

My wife and I are both here in the US. She is currently a student. We're filing an I-130 which requires a G-325A form from each one of us while the I-485 requires a G-325A form from her. (Unless I've read those completely wrong...). Thus, we are not filing an I-129.

So, in essence, 1 copy of the G-325A form from me for the I-130, 1 copy of the G-325 form for her for the I-130 and 1 more copy of the G-325 form for the I-485.

So.... should we sign those G-325A attachments? Thanks :).
