Emailing DS3032

Several people here and the LingChe NVC Shortcut guide refer to emailing the completed DS3032 to the NVC. How exactly do people do this when it requires a signature from the applicant? I assume you scanned it back in?

You dont email the actual DS3032 you use the email template that you can find here:- http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

you dont need a signature on it.

That what I used and we had no problems.

If you submit the form by email then do you send back one covering both people or one each using different email addresses?

You send one for each person as each will have a separate NVC case number and to move things along the NVC will need to see a DS3032 for each case. In my case my mum and dad share an email address and I am going to be the agent for both of them so the only thing that will change between the two forms is the name of the beneficiary and the case numbers. Everything else will be identical.
