My soon to be new son asked me earlier about how long it would take for them to be able to work in the US after they get here. They arrive the 26th of August and we'll be married and filing AOS the week of Sept 9.

I had no idea what to tell him...in a perfect world and there was a job just sitting there waiting (LOL)..about how long does it take?
