dillon..it was my understanding that the shot info had to be transcribed by the civil surgeon onto the 693.. i could be wrong as well

I had to buy some portabella mushrooms for something else. Not remembering what that was for right now.

The mushrooms were probably for your stroganoff -

If you bought whole caps - Take them and put them on the grill, inside down for about 3 min - turn them over, and fill the cap with some herbed cheese and let it melt - So so so good

Dammit. Now, I have to go out and buy more to make that!!!

JG so what have you decided to make tonight?

I am making some crabmeat casserole.

I am making some vegetable dish with summer squash, hominy and jalapenos.

I am making 7 layer salad.

I am making some pork with granny smith apples and mushrooms.

I had to buy some portabella mushrooms for something else. Not remembering what that was for right now.

I am making a stew in a dark beer sauce.

I am making beef stroganoff.

I'm making country turkey casserole that has stuffing on the top of it.

Not ALL of this tonight or maybe even this week. But, those ingredients and more I bought last night.

Once I get my Mastering the Art of French Cooking I won't even be able to pronounce what I am cooking. I'm giddy with excitement!

Yeah, going to have to give a lot away I think. Good thing I like my neighbors.

hey dillon, check this out..it says u only have to have the 693 if he had any new vaccines done here as sometimes they are not all given b4 they arrive on the k1..so if he got all shots in JA..ur good!!!

I have an AOS question.....

Did you just send in the shot record that you got from when they went to the embassy or did you send it to a civil surgeon and put on the I-693?

Thanks for your help guys.

I actually copied Andre's shot record from JA that his mom had. I made sure he told them to add any shots he got at medical. We did not contact a civil surgeon in any way.
