Next weekend is the Monterey Reggae Fest that I may decide last minute that we need to go to. I'm more into roots than him so I'll probably enjoy it more than him BUT Richie Spice is on the line-up for Friday so he'd like that.

Now I'm gonna cry again

I have ALWAYS wanted to go to that fest, and having missed Sierra Nevada this year (which I always go to ) I am bumming for some good reggae music... But alas, I am trying to come up with the money to get to the interview and get him back here if we get approved.

Going to spend $12 on dinner was splurging for me

i hate hate hate grocery shopping!! b4 roger came.. i would just snatch something for the fast food cuz we really only eat dinner being at work and school.. UGHH.. but i am very appreciative to be saving money w/ food in the house!

i just wish somebody had a service where u told them what u wanted and then they deliver it to ur house.. i would SOOOO be down w/ that..

It's only $95 for the whole weekend! But I feel you, I'm not even sure I can justify $95 x 2 with how short on money we are right now. I'm considering it though....it will be my b-day weekend & I think I deserve a little splurge!

I don't know what chain stores you have there in Texas but if you have Safeway (probably not though), they do deliver! You can go on-line, pick your items, someone there gets them off the shelf for you & they deliver it to your door. Costs about $10 per order so it'd be more worth it to make it a larger order. I also think that Lucky has the same service so if you have a larger chain there, chances are they may have that service.

JaP, it should only take a few days to get from the Service Center to NVC.... although I DO remember that when I got approved, it was taking a lot longer for the files to get from CSC to NVC than from VSC to NVC. But a month is ridiculous. A week, max, I'd think.

How many people begged me for a fat pic, I post it, and not ONE comment??
