Easy trick I use to count WW points..1 point is approx 50 cals ( basically then the higher the fiber the less the points)

KK : i've been trying to lose weight since i left HS i'm 22 ..and i've gained about 35 extra pounds from..mostly stress with school..finances..this LDR and VJ.. lol..i've tried alot of things ..but i always seem to gain the weight back...the most recent thing i tried was hydroxycut...it worked i lost 1o punds from it.. but the down side was that it got expensive after awhile it's like $20 for a bottle for like ever 2 weeks or soo...so i just stopped and i get the weight back...i started it again but then it got recalled so i stopped * sigh*...no matter anyone says the ket to weight loss is diet and excersise...so now i'm trying to watch what i eat..

LOL MrsTee Yes mi ave deh tata problem too I'm a 46DDD I used to be a 48DDD before I lost the 60 lbs.....

Now I will say this you should always be proud of your self and I embrace my curves but I know that I am not happy when I am heavier and that I can change to reach that goal! I'm keeping it real although you embrace the bigness is that really how you rather be or your goal body? That's why I am always trying.......
