Hi Yardies, Sorry I have been MIA but I am back now. I miss you guys. OMG I have a lot to catch up on. I have some news for you all but I want to go catch up first and then I will come back and tell you guys.

So, about 10 minutes ago I called NVC to find out what was going on with my case, and the sweet gentleman told me:

OUR CASE WAS COMPLETED TODAY!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

I was sooo excited, I couldn't even say anything. I started to stutter and cry, and he started to laugh and he told me congratulations and he was hoping that they were happy tears! I assured him they were! :star: He said that there were no interviews left for the Kingston Embassy in September, and that they start scheduling interviews around the 2nd week of the month--so yall know I will be blowing their lines up in the beginning of Sept! All I can say is God is Good!! I feel like we are one step closer, and I just pray that God will continue to reign his blessings down on our family. I gotta run to see a client, but I just wanted to share my news!! AHHHHHHH

While we're on the topic of sex, something just came to mind that hubby & I were discussing last night after I got home from school. He was feeling frisky & all I wanted to do was brush my teeth, start reading my book for class that we have to have 3 chapters read by next week & then go to bed. He asked when was the last time so I thought about it & said that it had been one week to the day exactly. (We had a busy weekend & too tired when we got home from everything.) He kept trying to work his charms until I finally said 'lef me!'. He asked what about tomorrow night & I said probably not because class goes even later & I'll be home even later & tired when I get home. So I said, "let's make a date for Friday night" & he tells me "no" & that it should just happen instead of us planning it. I told him that MANY people have to plan it due to busy schedules. So, how many of you have had to plan rendezvous??

Im back, a circle of my friends have date night... They pick a certain day of the week where both parties are free and they pick a place and have a date! I would like to do that once Steve gets to know the area better....

I have a lizard on my neck with 3 symbols inside ... infinity, libra & woman. That was my 1st at 18, it is very faded. I have other ideas for it now.

I have a turtle on my leg (Kame - the symbol for long life and fertility)

Beautiful in Chinese on my back... my Art History teacher was from China and I had him to the character for Tierra.. I want to get that under the beautiful....

I large red and black sun on my back. I drew it.. .thought it was cool.

And I have a blue lotus on my upper arm.. I drew that one too. I am very into Buddhas, Indian Gods... like the symbolic meanings of the Lotus...

girl i hate lizards that much that i wouldn't even want a tattoo of one for fear that a live one may see it and want to "hang out" with it :blink:

I love the little lizards in JA. I remember I was on a work trip to 1/2 Moon in MB. I was a little tipsy.. got back to my room and had to pee.. I was sitting on the toilet talking to the little lizard on the wall!!! LOL

Awwwwwww Mrs. Palmer I got all choked up just now. I hope we get an October interview. I will be overwhelmed too if we do *prays*
