I don't understand the difference between the Guest and Anonymous users

Is there a way to log in and still be anonymous??

As far as I know, no waiver was needed. On the paper it actually said that he was ineligible for a waiver, so...I'm assuming that it is just the approval of the CR1 visa that we will need...

Yes, there's a box or something you can check when logging in to be anonymous I think.
