I think I told you all that an X has came back in my life. We were getting along and em was arrested last week for some ish he didn’t do. I was right there with him when it happened and it was so traumatic. I never knew police men conducted themselves in such a way and they took em so off he went. He has me here being a secretary trying to call anyone who will listen. This ####### is a mess. This is not how I wanted us to be reunited ya know. I’m trying to contact internal affairs and all. I told him I really don’t have time for this ish as if my life isnt busy enough. But you know what’s crazy while he was out he was calling me and trying to come see me and I was like naw lets slow down and take it easy. Now that he’s gone I’m like dam I miss dat dude!!! I have never had my head spin so much before.

I'm still planning on taking mister to either Six Flags or Great America but wouldn't you know, a few nights ago there was a news story about a roller coaster at Great America getting stuck for a couple hours & the riders had to be evacuated by firefighters in the basket. He just HAD to catch that story & has solid proof why he doesn't want to go on them. I'm going to have to give him a couple shots of rum to get him on one. At this point now, that might not even work. How am I going to convince him??

Thanks JaE...I agreed to let him come to the wedding because she was more important to me than proving that I still can't stand the sight of him. As far as A...he has already made up his mind. He doesn't like him at all, or what he has done to my sister. He sid bab you know I don't deal with phockery...your sister deserves so much more than he is giving her. I could let everything go if he wasn't still doing things to tear her down...and she continues to make excuses for his behavior like a battered woman. That is the ONLY thing he hasn't put her through. It makes me sick to my stomach...and I feel so responsible.

Well I'm glad to know how you really feel sis. I'm so glad you and A have this magnificant relationships (NOW). You and he are truly blessed.

As for your feeling for D and us coming to the wedding. I definitely don't want to spoil your day but I do want to be there for you. I also feel it's important for my husband and myself to be around other happy and powerful couples so that we can continue to improve our marriage. If you don't want us to come, I understand.

As for everyone on here I've prayed about my decision and I'm letting God guide me. So judge all you want I'm not a battered woman not mentally or phyically and I don't owe anyone an explantion for my life.

you sure don't...and i truly don't believe anyone expects one either

however, i think when you (not u specifically, just everyone in general) put ur business out there...whether it is good, bad, sad, happy, or ugly, you have to be prepared for judgement and criticism....it is just what people do...people like to give their 2 cents. and in a way you are sort of asking for it by telling your story

you just have to know how to process the feedback you are given....look at it with open eyes and open ears and if the advice fits, then you may learn something but if someone is just being nasty or inappropriate, just disregard and move along

I had to go back and verify the submitter of that post.... I've never heard finesse sound so wise before. Great advice!
