From the USCIS website I got Federal Plaza:

The USCIS office that serves your area is the: New York City Field Office.

This office is located at:

Jacob Javits Federal Building

26 Federal Plaza, 3rd Floor, Room 3-310

New York, NY 10278

BUT, on the same site, under K-1 Filing, I got New York

appearing under the Vermont site: K-1 Addresses

New York does not appear in bold; does that mean that I can submit it to Federal Plaza address?

In the VJ list of processing centers I don't see Federal Plaza,

but I want to submit it to the right address and not have

to wait weeks for a rejection!

Much obliged or as Gabby Hayes would have said, "mech obleeged."

I was at AUB (American University of Beirut) back in 1971 and I hitchhiked

from Lebanon to Syria, Jordan and Israel during the summer break.

My 2 Arab-American friends from my home university had enough of

Lebanon after 2 semesters but I was the "vulture for culture."

Wonderful country. I still eat hummus at home.

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Welcome to the USA!!!

Yep, plain as day.

My birth certificate is probably moulting away in a "mayonnaise jar" a la Karnak (Johnny Carson).

I do have a complete scan of my passport (blank pages included) to satisfy proof of citizenship.

Will that prevent them from coming back and requesting an RFE for "Number of certificate, date & place issued"

under Question #10 (My citizenship was acquired through)?

Thanks amigo.

I'm going through all forms with a fine-toothed comb to make sure it's done once and right.

It's good to check it 3 times and then double-check that.
