I thought about doing that also but I keep reading of people getting letters for interview and stating bring I-693 if not previously submitted.

It's just a general checklist for the interview though (I thought) - like it asks for divorce papers/kids birth certs - but those aren't relevant to me.

I didn't send a I-693 - just my DS-3025 completed vaccination document. I think it's worded similarly to on the I-485 list - 'submit an I-693 unless you already completed a medical within the last 12 months - in that case just submit the DS-3025'

So I'd assume that as I didn't get an RFE for it and my interview is tomorrow it should be fine. I hope it is. I'm all worried now. We'll see.

Has anyone actually had a problem at the interview where they have asked for it if you only submitted the DS-3025?

We paid $40 for the vaccination transcription onto the I-693 form. The embassy doc in my husband's country did not give him a copy of the DS-3025 and we were unable to obtain it from her later. Our insurance here covered the needed vaccinations 100% and we took those records to the civil surgeon who transcribed them for $40 fee.
